Hi, I'm Kinga, UX Designer.

I have comercial experience in the largest financial institution (PZU Group) in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe.

The projects I work on range from enhancing the overall efficiency of existing tools to the development of new features, all focused on streamlining application performance.

Daily work

My daily work involves creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with development teams using the Agile methodology and preapering scenarios for Usabiliting Testing. I gather information from users and stakeholders through interviews and workshops.

Accessibility

I implement accessibility standards in the projects.
I am learning WCAG intensively. I finished 160-hour course in creating and adapting websites to WCAG standards.

Grow

I grow professionally by engaging in non-profit initiatives after hours, such as volunteering at a foundation. I love learning and I try to learn new things every day.
I'm learning English for UX Designers with a native speaker from Texas.

WORK EXPERIENCE

UX Designer PZU Group, 02.2024- ongoing‍

Scope of my responsibilities:
- working on end-to-end projects
- conducting desk research and analysis to inform design decisions
- actively participating in workshops and project meetings with cross-functional teams
- designing Lo-Fi, Hi-Fi, and Pixel Perfect wireframes and prototypes
- preparing scenarios for usability testing
- contributing to the development and maintenance of the Design System
- collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- working daily with business representatives, product owners, and teams from PZU Finanse, PZU Życie, and PZU Zdrowie
- managing both larger and smaller projects aimed at improving the functionality and user experience of the applications.

FREE TIME

I like to draw with colored pencils and paint with gouache. I'm big Harry Potter fan. I love walking in the botanical garden and discovering new plant.
I like sewing, a few years ago, I graduated from a sewing school. So I am also a seamstress and clothing technologist by education.
